The Two-Step
Growth Process

STEP 1

Uncover correlation and causation of growth

Understand historical data, identify hypothetical correlations, and test those hypotheses to establish whether the correlation is statistically significant or not. In this phase, we pay particular attention to leading vs. lagging metrics, metrics on fire, and avoid vanity metrics.

This is a critical stage, as nearly all brands have a handful of factors which are directly causal of growth. If these factors are accurately discovered and later optimized, then growth is imminent.

STEP 2

Scale aggressively with rapid experimentation

With insights in hand, we approach stage 2 with a focus on speed and analysis. Our intention in the second stage is to execute ideation and experimentation fast to determine what impacts your brand most. We deploy a systemized cadence of 3 growth tests per week to assess our data-backed hypotheses. This approach gives our clients more learnings in a month than non-experimenting agencies can produce in one year.
